This is an excellent system (Paddhati) of Astrological Predictions created by The Great Indian Astrology master late Prof. K.S. Krishnamurti. KP System is based on finer points of Western and Indian Astrology. This system gets important concepts from the different branches of Astrology. It is considered the most accurate system currently. Over classical Hindu Astrology, the KP system is well-defined and systematic.

Following are the major differences to Vedic Astrology-
• KP system gives importance to the Nakshatras/Stars/Constellations division of the Zodiac which is clearly the most desired for exactness.
• The system uses K.P. Ayanamshas than Lahiri Ayanamshas, mostly used in the Vedic system. The difference b/w the two is 6 Kala (minutes)
• It divides each Nakshatra/Constellation/Stars into 9 subdivisions called ‘SUBS’. These Subdivisions are not equally distributed but are according to Vimshottari Dashas Divisions System
• This system uses the Placidus House system and Cusps • The system further rejects some of the famous classical Astrology principles like divisional charts and yogas.
• The planet in its Dasha gives outcome according to its Nakshatra-Swami (Star-Lord).The Nakshatra-Swami represents the outcomes, effects and that Planet’s Sub gives an idea of the final direction of that outcome.
• KP system uses ruling planets methodology which says that the planets at the time of fructifications and wishes are always the same.
